Our Cats
OMG MEET OUR CATS!
The one on the left is Alsace. The one on the right is Lorraine. (For geographical reference, the dog is France and the sofa is Germany.) They appear to enjoy hybrid cuisines and being disputed territories as well as, of course, watching classic Disney films.
Alsace also enjoys eating faeries. She is a useful ward against supernatural sprites that might plague the Friends House, though she gets confused now and again and tries to eat Leah.
Lorraine does not seem to enjoy the water but nevertheless is always swimming. We think there is something wrong with her. Skip has started to deny her existence in hopes that she will just cease to be.
The cats were born in Strausborg and have resented every moment I have owned them. Currently they have taken up residence in several of Amandeep’s handmade, priceless, porcelain teapots. They have refused to eat for several months but as far as I can tell their favorite food is suffering. Fan mail can be directed to:
